Terms of Use

These terms apply to Oclada websites, applications and related services, including FIFO Alarm. By using a service, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown for that product or platform.
1. Using Oclada products
You may use Oclada products for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with applicable app-store rules and these terms. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use them in a way that infringes another person's rights.
2. Alarm and scheduling responsibility
Alarm and scheduling software can be affected by device settings, operating-system behaviour, permissions, power state, hardware failure, user configuration and other factors outside Oclada's control. You remain responsible for checking important schedules and for using appropriate backup arrangements where missing an alarm could cause significant loss, injury or other serious consequences.
3. Beta and pre-release software
Beta versions may contain defects, incomplete features or behaviour that changes before release. Beta software should not be treated as a guaranteed production service.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Where Oclada offers paid features or ad-free access through an app store, billing, cancellation, renewal and refunds are also governed by the relevant store's terms. Unless otherwise stated, removing advertising does not change the core alarm functionality available in FIFO Alarm.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you import or provide, including custom alarm audio. You must have the right to use that content. Oclada does not claim ownership merely because content is stored locally by an Oclada product.
6. Intellectual property
Oclada products, software, branding, designs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Oclada intellectual property to you.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption to core functions, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, Oclada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, a service.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Oclada Privacy Policy.
